RECORDINGS FROM 2025 SYMPOSIUM AVAILABLE UNTIL NOVEMBER 1, 2026
Dear Colleagues,
It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 15th JGH/McGill Symposium on Cardiovascular Imaging, taking place on November 7, 2026, at Centre Mont-Royal in Montreal.
Over the past 15 years, this symposium has grown into the largest university-based cardiovascular imaging symposium of its kind in Canada, bringing together 200-250 echocardiographers, sonographers, cardiac imagers, cardiologists, and trainees from across the country. We are proud to continue this tradition of excellence by providing a forum that combines cutting-edge science with practical clinical education, delivered by internationally recognized experts.
This year's theme, Achieving Excellence in Echocardiography: What's Necessary, What's New, What's Next, reflects our commitment to helping imaging professionals deliver the highest quality patient care while embracing the rapid evolution of cardiovascular imaging. Together, we will explore the essential foundations of outstanding echocardiography practice, examine the latest technological advances and emerging evidence, and look ahead to the innovations that will shape our field in the years to come.
We are especially proud of the exceptional faculty who have contributed to the symposium over the years. Previous keynote speakers have included Hector Michelena, Rebecca Hahn, Eric Isselbacher, Gilbert Habib, and Allan Klein - setting a standard of academic excellence that continues to inspire this meeting. We look forward to announcing this year’s keynote, which will continue this tradition of excellence!
Whether you are an experienced clinician, a sonographer, a cardiac imaging specialist, or a trainee beginning your career, we hope you will find the program engaging, practical, and thought-provoking. Beyond the educational sessions, the symposium offers a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen professional connections, and celebrate our shared commitment to advancing cardiovascular imaging.
We look forward to welcoming you to Montreal this November for what promises to be an outstanding day of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
